Peking Kitchen has good choices for vegetarians and health conscious people:
Their tofu and vegetable soup is delicious and their steamed vegetable and tofu offerings are plain, yet sumptuous.
Their helpings are very generous and the prices low. So if you're getting a soup for $2.50 or a vegetable dish for $5.50, both will be enough for two people.
