We were treated horribly at this facility. My cousin was repeatedly cut off of the line in this place, they really need a more organized system of taking orders. My cousin finally said something about it. We were walking out, me, my cousin and my elderly mother. We weren't saying anything to the jerk behind the counter. The man behind the counter called my cousin an asshole and told him to get out or he would knock his teeth down his throat. We were just about to get into our car when the jerk from the Bagel Boy, came running after us, he said to my cousin "you want your water?" and he was going to throw it at him. My cousin was so sweet, he isn't confrontational. The jerk from the Bagel Boy kept yelling at him, I stood in between them, I was very upset, but wasn't saying anything. He kept saying he would kick my cousin's ass and threatening him. Nice guy and nice guy way to run a business. I registered a complaint with the better business bureau. Also, next time, I will call the police and have him arrested.

I frequent this bagel boy because the bagels and special cream cheese and condiments are yummy. service however is usually bad , prices are high and MANY MANY times my order has been messed up by the underpaid , undereducated minorities hired to take orders and prepare food. sorry , but its just the truth. like i said , they make a good bagel when they make it right
