They need a seperate line for coffee and tea.
If all you want is coffee you have to wait till everyone places their orders for a little of this and a little of that, takes too long especially in the mormings. I leave and go somewhere else. If they opened up a Dunkin Donuts on the opposite corner, Bagel Boy would lose alot of business.

The service at this facility is very poor. I wouldn't recommend it. The bagels are nothing special so for your money, try another place and you'll get bagels that are just as good, if not better and better service elsewhere.

Bagel Boy on 80th street is great. The food is so tasty. I would not go any where else. Once you taste you can't get enough, you keep going back like a bagel force pulls you in.
The owner did an spectacular job in renovated it. It looks beautiful.
P.S I can't wait to see the new one opening on ave. Z

I have to say these bagels are unbelievable I can't have my egg bagel nowhere else. The owner is adorable. I wish they would open another location in my neighborhood.
